Refund Policy
Payments
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any services rendered or in progress, including custom website design, development, and Website Makeover services. By paying for our services, you agree that payments are non-refundable once received, regardless of project stage or completion status.
Scope & Revisions
Each plan includes a limited number of revision rounds as outlined at the time of purchase. Requests beyond the included revisions, or changes that fall outside the original project scope (e.g., additional pages, new features, or a different design direction), will be treated as new work and billed separately.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel a project after payment, no refund will be issued for work already paid for, whether or not work has begun.
We reserve the right to cancel or pause a project if a client is unresponsive for an extended period, fails to provide necessary content/feedback, or engages in abusive behavior toward our team. In such cases, no refund will be issued for payments already made.
Ownership & Delivery
For monthly plans, we retain ownership of the site until the buyout option is exercised (available after the first billing cycle) or full payment is made.
For one-time projects, ownership transfers upon final payment and delivery.
Projects that stall due to client inactivity may be archived after 60 days and deleted after 6 months of no contact. Reactivating an archived project may incur an additional fee.
Timeline
Estimated turnaround times will be provided at project start. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or slow responses from the client are not our responsibility and may push back delivery dates.
Chargebacks
Disputing a card charge after services have been rendered, in progress, or delivered is a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services and pursue the amount owed if a chargeback is filed in bad faith.
Disputes
Any disagreements will first be addressed directly between both parties. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to the governing law below.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
