Terms & Conditions
Please review our service guidelines and legal framework below. These terms are designed to protect both SiteVantix and our valued clients throughout our professional partnership.
Effective Date: August 11, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of website design, hosting, maintenance, support, subscription, and website ownership services provided by SiteVantix ("SiteVantix," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using SiteVantix services, the client ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to these Terms.
1. Website Services
SiteVantix provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services according to the plan selected by the Client.
The specific services included in a Client's plan are determined by the applicable plan description, order, proposal, or service agreement.
SiteVantix reserves the right to update, improve, or modify its services from time to time, provided that such changes do not materially reduce services already paid for during the applicable billing period.
2. Subscription Plans
SiteVantix offers website services through recurring monthly subscription plans.
Subscription pricing is structured to provide a lower upfront cost in exchange for ongoing monthly payments and continued service.
Unless ownership has been purchased through a completed buyout, the website and associated SiteVantix-created materials remain under SiteVantix's ownership and control during the subscription period, subject to the limitations described in these Terms.
While an active subscription is maintained, SiteVantix will provide the hosting, maintenance, updates, and support included with the Client's selected plan.
3. Website Ownership During a Subscription
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment of a monthly subscription does not constitute a transfer of ownership of the website.
During an active subscription:
-
SiteVantix retains ownership of the website design, structure, files, and other materials created by SiteVantix for the subscription service.
-
The Client receives the right to use the website for the duration of the active subscription.
-
Hosting, maintenance, and support are provided according to the selected plan.
-
The Client may not sell, transfer, reproduce, or independently redistribute SiteVantix-owned website materials unless ownership has been transferred through a completed buyout or separate written agreement.
-
Third-party services, software, applications, templates, fonts, stock assets, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' licenses and terms.
4. Website Buyout Option
Clients may purchase full ownership of eligible website materials after completing at least one full and successfully paid billing cycle, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Buyout pricing is determined by the Client's selected subscription plan and the applicable SiteVantix pricing at the time the buyout is requested.
Generally:
-
Lower-cost subscription plans may have higher buyout prices.
-
Higher-cost subscription plans may have lower buyout prices.
-
Buyout pricing may vary between plans and may be updated for future customers.
A buyout is not considered complete until the full buyout amount and any outstanding amounts owed to SiteVantix have been paid.
5. Transfer of Ownership
Upon receipt and successful processing of the full buyout payment, SiteVantix will transfer the ownership rights that SiteVantix legally controls in the applicable website and deliverable materials to the Client.
The transfer may include applicable website files, design materials, and other SiteVantix-created materials associated with the website, subject to third-party licensing restrictions.
The ownership transfer does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party services or infrastructure, including but not limited to:
-
Domain registrars
-
Hosting platforms
-
Website-building platforms
-
Third-party applications
-
Licensed fonts
-
Stock photography
-
Third-party plugins
-
Software licenses
-
Other materials owned or licensed by third parties
Where applicable, the Client may need to establish or maintain separate accounts with third-party providers.
6. Domain Names
If the Client provides and owns an existing domain name, ownership of that domain remains with the Client.
If SiteVantix purchases or registers a domain on behalf of the Client, ownership and transfer arrangements will depend on the applicable registration and payment terms.
Domain registration fees, renewals, transfers, and third-party registrar charges may be separate from SiteVantix's website service fees unless explicitly included in the selected plan.
7. Hosting, Maintenance, and Support
Hosting, maintenance, updates, and support are included only to the extent specified by the Client's selected plan.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these services are tied to an active subscription.
After cancellation or expiration of a subscription, SiteVantix is not required to continue providing hosting, maintenance, updates, technical support, or other recurring services unless a separate agreement is established.
8. Cancellation
The Client may cancel a subscription subject to the applicable billing terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
-
Cancellation ends recurring services at the conclusion of the current paid billing period.
-
No additional monthly subscription charges will be incurred after the cancellation takes effect.
-
The Client does not automatically receive ownership of the website upon cancellation.
-
Any outstanding amounts owed to SiteVantix remain due.
-
SiteVantix retains ownership of SiteVantix-owned website materials unless a completed buyout or separate ownership transfer has occurred.
-
Cancellation of a subscription does not constitute a website buyout.
If the Client cancels or allows their subscription to expire without completing a buyout, ownership of the website remains with SiteVantix. Cancellation does not transfer ownership of the website or entitle the Client to receive the website's files, design, or other SiteVantix-owned materials.
9. Non-Payment
If a subscription payment, buyout payment, or other required payment is not successfully received, SiteVantix may suspend applicable services until the account is brought current.
SiteVantix may also restrict website access or hosting services where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
Ownership will not transfer through a buyout until the required buyout amount and any applicable outstanding balances have been paid in full.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, images, business information, and other materials necessary for SiteVantix to complete the requested services.
The Client represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide any content, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials supplied to SiteVantix.
SiteVantix is not responsible for claims arising from Client-provided materials that the Client does not have permission to use.
11. Third-Party Services and Materials
SiteVantix may use third-party platforms, software, applications, hosting providers, plugins, templates, fonts, stock assets, or other services when creating or maintaining a website.
Third-party services are governed by their respective terms, licenses, pricing, availability, and policies.
SiteVantix does not guarantee the continued availability, pricing, functionality, or compatibility of third-party services.
Where a third-party service requires a separate subscription or license, the Client may be responsible for those costs unless expressly included in the Client's SiteVantix plan.
12. Changes and Revisions
Website revisions and changes are subject to the limits and terms of the Client's selected plan.
Requests exceeding the included services may be subject to additional fees or require a separate agreement.
SiteVantix may require reasonable approval from the Client before implementing significant changes to the website.
13. Content and Legal Compliance
The Client is ultimately responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information, claims, products, services, and other content supplied for publication on the website.
The Client must not request or provide content that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.
SiteVantix may refuse to publish or maintain content that it reasonably believes violates applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless ownership has been transferred through a completed buyout or one-time purchase, SiteVantix retains ownership of original SiteVantix-created website materials provided under a subscription arrangement.
Upon a completed ownership transfer, SiteVantix will transfer the rights it owns in the applicable deliverables, subject to third-party rights and licenses.
SiteVantix retains ownership of its pre-existing systems, processes, business methods, reusable components, proprietary tools, templates, code libraries, and other materials that are not specifically created exclusively for the Client.
15. Portfolio and Marketing Rights
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, SiteVantix may display completed website work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or other promotional materials for the purpose of demonstrating its services.
SiteVantix will not knowingly disclose confidential information that the Client has specifically identified as confidential.
16. Service Availability
SiteVantix will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services.
However, SiteVantix does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of websites or third-party platforms.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, third-party outages, internet disruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond SiteVantix's reasonable control.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SiteVantix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services.
SiteVantix is not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, applications, software, internet service providers, or other services outside SiteVantix's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
SiteVantix may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the SiteVantix website, Client account, email, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of SiteVantix services after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Client's applicable service agreement or, if no jurisdiction is specified, the laws applicable to SiteVantix's business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable order, proposal, pricing agreement, or other written agreement between SiteVantix and the Client, constitute the agreement governing the applicable services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed written agreement, the separately signed agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
21. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms, subscription plans, ownership transfers, or website services may be directed to SiteVantix through the contact information provided on the SiteVantix website.
